Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and insured.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place your items securely back in the original Awe Inspired gift box and shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has inspected the items and processed your refund.
